Workshop: Stop Weeding, Start Harvesting • @Le Monde des Mille Couleurs

With great pleasure we invite you on a journey into the wild gardens of Le Monde des Mille Couleurs, where we will dive into the story of wild plants, and look at these casual weeds in a completely different way.

Start 11u – 16:30u (+/- 😅)

🌱 11:00 – Dries takes you on a tour through the wild gardens and shares stories about the magic around us.

🌱 13:00 – Tasting of wild bread, fermented herbs and pestos. And a surprise 😉

🌱 13:30 – "You Can't Weed It? Eat It!" Workshop: ferment wild plants, make pesto.

🌱 15:30 – A shared meal with snacks we prepare together. You go home with jars of fermentation, pesto and a head full of inspiration.
