KATAR(T)SKI (derived from the Greek kátharsis) is the artistic work of the Belgian artist, composer and writer I.D. (1973) from Zingem, East-Flanders.

Through his multidisciplinary approach, I.D. combines large paintings, intriguing sculptures & objects, and music to create a holistic sensory experience. Adding multimedia to his contemporary and conceptual artworks allows immersing oneself in a complete art experience that goes beyond the purely visual. I.D. invites the viewers to reflect on their own place within larger natural and social systems, transforming his artworks into profound meditations on existence.
