19:30 Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga. It strenghtens the body and calms the mind by a predetermined series of postures synchronised with the breath. In this beginners series, we also explain the basics and the goal of Asthanga yoga.
21:00 Hatha Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga in which the postures are connected in a flowing and powerful way with the breathing, in one continuous sequence.
In this lesson we are going to flow with those who like a pleasant sportive outing.
