Join me! 8-week online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR)

Thursday evenings starting 25 September 2025 to 13 November 2025. 19.00 - 21.15 CET. Live online, via Zoom

Includes: 1-hour online Orientation (revised date): Monday 15 Sept 19.00 - 20.00 CET and Mindful Mini-Retreat online: Sunday 2 Nov 15.00 - 16.30 CET


Attend online sessions that will help you become more aware of how you handle stress and give you tips and practices to better cope.

  • 8 online sessions offered weekly - to help you get into a regular routine.
  • Intake call with teacher included, as well as a group Orientation and Mindful Mini-Retreat
  • Small class size (max. 10-12 people) for more individual attention.
  • Follow from home or wherever you may be travelling
  • Guidance by a certified mindfulness and yoga trainer
  • Sessions taught in English


How can an MBSR course help me?

  • Gain and build mindful awareness during supported weekly sessions and home practice.
  • Try out techniques (such as mindfulness meditation and simple and gentle body movement).
  • Benefit from discussions within the safety of a closed group.
  • Begin to integrate awareness into challenges and adventures of everyday life.
  • Have opportunities to share how it’s going with fellow participants.
