Kombucha Workshop Homemade kombucha is a delicious non-pasteurized fizzy drink and a joy to make. The options are endless when it comes to flavoring and creating your homemade fermented tea. During this 90 minutes workshop in brewing your own kombucha you will learn everything you need to know about the art of fermentation and the secrets of the SCOBY (Symbiotic Cultures of Bacteria and Yeast).These wonderful cultures are full of flavor and at the same time great probiotic bacteria supporting our digestive system. Afterwards you're welcome to join homemade vegan lunch based on other fermented products with a Belgian touch. During these two we prepare a batch of Kombucha and cover the following topics: Introduction and tasting of three different flavours of Kombucha Preparation for brewing First stage fermentation Second stage fermentation Maintenance & storage Flavouring Date: 25th September Time: 14 -15.30h Price: 30 euro (including SCOBY, starter liquid, 4L jar and one swing bottle) + 8 euro for a lunch Venue: at Papa Jos Please book your place since the number of places is limited to 8 people.
