Lokerse Feesten
De affiche van de Lokerse kermisweek zag er jaren hetzelfde uit. Een aantal jonge snaken besloot om hierin definitief verandering te brengen. De koppen werden samen gestoken en er werd een festiviteit in elkaar gebokst die de Lokeraar weer een reden zou geven om zijn verlofperiode begin augustus thuis te blijven, zonder het risico op verveling. We schrijven 1975: startjaar van de Lokerse Feesten.
